Shipping Terms

We will send out all orders between 1 to 5 working days after payment has been made, depending on our workload at the time of order. We will use either DHL Express, Fedex, EMS or Postal Shipping, based on your preference, as well as your location. Below is an estimated delivery time for different regions via DHL Express or Fedex, assuming there is no problem with custom clearance:

 

• North America: 3-5 days (after parcel has been sent out)
• South America: 4-6 days
• Australia: 7 days
• New Zealand: 7 days
• Europe: 3-6 days
• Asia: 1-4 days

 

 

TAX, DUTIES & CUSTOM CLEARANCE POLICIES

As the regulations are different in various countries, customers are responsible for the custom clearance of their items and also for paying any duty chargeable.  We will do what is necessary on our part as the sender while customers have to fulfill their roles as recipients or consignees, including obtaining any necessary import permit.
